RETURN and REFUND POLICY
Kindly contact us at email@example.com (subject 'return of parcel received') about this issue and we will reply you within 24 hours. Our operation hours: 9am-5pm except weekends & public holidays.
- All returns for incorrect / defective item received are free for Malaysia customers. We will bear the return and exchange shipping cost by reimbursed your send back postage by offering you a one time free postage for next purchase or store credit RM6 WM / RM10 EM.
- All returns for size / color exchange will not be charged for handling fee, but customers shall bear the return and exchange postage.
- Return on item/s that purhcased using return credit will be charged a handling fee RM6 per item.
- For both Malaysia and International returns, you must return the incorrect/ faulty/ defect item within 5 working days of receipt for an original ordered item.
- Request return form thru email firstname.lastname@example.org and fill up the return Form. Print it out and attach in the return parcel. Any delay or non-enclosure of return form will not be entertained.
- All goods must be returned with unwashed & unworn & with the price tag intact & in original -packaging. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. If color runs/ fades due to incorrect washing method/ soaked, item is strictly not returnable. Color deviation due to lightning (appear darker or ligher) is strictly not returnable.
- We only accept return via courier service, as we do not honour any walk-ins.
- We do not provide cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit voucher in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items. The credit voucher is valid for 30 days only upon date issued.
- We do not provide cash refund for shipped order, defective item is allowed for design exchanged if the exact item is out of stock.
- We can’t take back items in accesorries (ear ring / belts / bags / necklace) & inner items for hygiene reasons. However, if you haven’t removed the original wrapping, or the item’s faulty, then that’s fine.
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We recommend you to obtain proof of postage and keep the tracking number until your return is processed. Closetmino shall not be held liable for any courier’s issues during the delivery.
- If we find the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or deteriorated through normal wear and tear; or been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; after delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or exchange. We may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs.
- Closetmino reserves the right to reject your return or refund.
