East Malaysia - RM10 (FREE delivery when you purchase RM200 or more)
FREE delivery when you purchase RM250 or more; Else RM25 per order.

o Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
o Items will be delivered to your doorstep within 1-4 working days for Malaysia (depends on locations); within 10 working days for International. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays from our third party postage service providers for which we will not be responsible.
o When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt or your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. T&C applies when your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
o A signature is required on receipt.
o If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
o Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
o Unfortunately we cannot deliver on any public holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
o When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to an address that the courier can access and a responsible adult must be present to hand over the goods. If the courier is unsuccessful in their attempt to collect your goods, you will still be charged the cost of the service.
o Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
o Closetmino shall NOT be held liable for any courier's issues including lost/damaged/return during the delivery.
o Closetmino shall NOT be responsible for any re-delivery charges. Track and follow up your parcel once receive tracking number through email notification.
o Local and International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
o If you can't comply with our T&C, please do not make purchase from us.
